"On The Yard" is the new single from pianist LaShawn D. Gary. It is a tasty upbeat single with a finger-snapping groove replete with a bubbling bass line that frame eloquent keys.
A native of Detroit, Michigan, LaShawn is also an Emmy Award Winning Producer and Composer. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumental Music Education from the Southern University A&M Collage and a Master's in Music Education from the University of Louisville.
A well rounded musician, LaShawn is currently the composer on hand for the television mini-series "Terror Lake Drive" which features actor Malik Yoba. He is also a music educator with Southfield Public Schools and serves as the Director of Music at the Oak Grove AME Church.
